Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in the guest being charged 50% of the cost for any booked service.

Guests who are more than 15 minutes late will have the option to receive a modified service or be rescheduled to a different day/time.

We require a debit/credit card on file to book any service.
